Spectrum Retirement Communities in Crestwood, MO is seeking a Part Time Server for our community restaurant. You will help create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver the service guests expect in their favorite restaurant.

Responsibilities include seating residents, presenting menus, suggesting dishes, assisting with drink choices, and relaying orders via our POS. You will also handle opening and closing dining room duties.

Qualifications

• Friendly demeanor and compassion for residents.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Card.
• Strong customer service presentation and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• As a Server, direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen using the point of sale system.
• Perform opening and closing dining room duties as required by the community.
