Ebenezer in Roseville is seeking a Server/Culinary Assistant for our Assisted Living community. You will help with dining room meal service for residents and prep/stock kitchenettes, aiming to create a welcoming atmosphere and meet dietary needs.

The role includes evening shifts from 4pm to 7pm, about 15 hours every two weeks, with alternating weekends and holiday rotation. This is a part-time position in a care-focused environment.

• Less than 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves meals and keeps dining area clean and inviting.
• Follows meal serving schedule and procedures.
• Offers resident meal choices and accommodates dietary needs.
• Maintains proper safety and sanitation techniques.
• Maintains dining room cleanliness and setup.
• Works with EMenu System and learns restaurant-style service.
• Ensures dishes and utensils are washed and put away after shift.
• Welcomes residents and promotes positive relations.
• Assists with resident requests and refers issues appropriately.
