Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Utility Buffet Server at Aspen Trail Retirement Community in Colorado Springs, CO. You’ll create welcoming dining experiences, take orders, and assist with meal service in the evenings.

No prior experience is required, and state permits may be needed depending on location. You’ll work under the guidance of the Executive Chef or Sous Chef, ensuring cleanliness and safety while using pizza ovens and cutting tools with care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 5:00pm-7:00pm.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• No previous work experience required.
• Work permit requirements may apply depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming dining experience by greeting residents and guests, presenting menu options, and taking accurate orders.
• Protect quality and safety by maintaining cleanliness and handling dishware carefully.
• Ensure seamless service by keeping the exhibition line attended and visually appealing during meals.
• Engage professionally when responding to feedback and escalating issues when needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including pizza ovens and sharp tools.
• Contribute to team success by completing support tasks assigned by chefs.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards in all food prep areas.
