Job summary

LoLa 41 Aspen is seeking a Server Assistant/Food Runner to support the service team and keep dining flow energetic and efficient. You will clear and reset tables quickly, assist with running food and beverages, and maintain polished stations while anticipating guest and team needs.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude and teamwork mindset. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is important, and strong communication helps ensure a smooth guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and move for 6–10 hours per shift.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, not required.
• Reliable transportation or plan to relocate to Aspen, CO.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables within 5 minutes of guest departure.
• Greet guests warmly and offer water within 2 minutes of seating when needed.
• Maintain table presentation and assist with running food and beverages.
• Ensure polished and organized stations, restocking as needed.
• Support servers through constant awareness and communication.
• Maintain clean dining room floors and service areas.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work each shift.
• Uphold all health and safety policies and service standards.
• Provide a guest-first demeanor at all times.
