Job summary

Ecumen St. Benedict's Community - St. Cloud in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Part-Time Dining Assistant/Server to support dining services from 6:30am to 3:00pm, with every other weekend rotation.

You will assist with food preparation, serving and cleanup, maintain a clean work area, follow facility policies, and provide warm, respectful service to residents and guests. The role includes compliance with safety and regulatory requirements and offers a benefits package based on scheduled hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
• Ability to follow safety rules, regulations and policies of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary service to residents, families and guests.
• Serves meals per diet order and portion size at proper temperatures.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary and organized work area; labels and rotates inventory.
• Performs opening/closing duties and routine cleaning.
• Notifies supervisor of changes in residents’ health or requests and concerns.
