Montefiore Mount Vernon Hospital is seeking a dietary worker for the evening shift to support plating and assembling patient trays, and to assist in the sanitation and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

The role involves setting up tray lines, ensuring accurate food service, and maintaining cleanliness across the kitchen and dining areas. Prior food service experience and strong English communication are preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• English proficiency to speak, read and write effectively.

Mansioni

• Prepare tray lines for plating and serving to ensure accurate, complete food trays.
• Maintain sanitation of all kitchen areas and equipment; clean and sanitize utensils and surfaces.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment and assist with meal service and tray assembly as needed.
