Job summary

Qualifications

• High school required.

• Knowledge of tray line equipment (conveyor belt, dish washing machines, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assures timely plating of all foods by preparing tray line for plating and serving.
• Ensures 100% accuracy in delivering the correct tray to patients.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Sets up tray assembly with hot and cold items and proper serving utensils, restocking as needed.
• Removes rubbish and maintains compliance with NYSDOH and JCAHO codes.
