Job summary

Lions Gate is seeking a Dietary Aide to support our dietary department and provide nutritious meals to residents. This part-time role runs 4pm to close (8pm) and offers a competitive hourly wage.

Responsibilities include assisting with meal preparation and service, maintaining dining areas, following safety procedures, and supporting inventory and teamwork within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents in accordance with dietary guidelines and restrictions.
• Set up dining areas and assist residents with meal service.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with dietary staff, residents, and their families.
