CommonSail Investment Group's StoryPoint Valparaiso community is hiring a Part-Time Dietary Aide for 4pm-8pm to support residents with meals, maintain dining areas, and follow dietary guidelines.

You will plate and serve meals, help with kitchen tasks, and ensure safety and cleanliness while delivering compassionate service in a senior living setting.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to work independently, good communication, and prior food service experience.

Competenze

• High School diploma (or equivalent) or technical school.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage meal service for 20 residents.
• Some food service work experience required.
• Great communication skills are required.

Mansioni

• Handle, transport and plate food for residents, guests and employees.
• Plate food according to the planned menu using standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed and report shortages.
• Ensure proper food temperatures and portion control.
• Stock and clean stations for next shift.
• Follow safety policies and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate shortages to supervisor and keep logs.
