CommonSail Investment Group seeks a part-time Dietary Aide to support meal service for residents. Responsibilities include plating meals, maintaining sanitation, and assisting kitchen staff while ensuring high-quality service and adherence to dietary guidelines.

The role involves standing for long periods, communicating effectively, and following safety policies in a fast-paced environment. Training and a supportive team culture are emphasized.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent or technical school.
• Some food service work experience required.
• Great communication skills are required.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage meal service for 20 residents.

Mansioni

• Handle, transport and plate food for residents, guests and employees.
• Plate food according to the planned menu using standard recipes.
• Plate food items following portion guidelines and garnishing instructions.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed and perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure sufficient food is prepped and/or prepared.
• Communicate shortages or outages to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Set up service lines and prepare for meal service.
• Wash, sanitize and store dishes and utensils properly.
• Inventory and stock food and paper goods in satellite kitchens.
