Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serves meals according to established portion control procedures.
• Assists with service and delivery of food trays to designated areas.
• Cleans kitchen and washes utensils and dishes according to policies.
• Prepares and delivers snacks as directed.
• Assists in inventorying and stocking in-coming food and supplies.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of work areas and equipment.
• Follows food safety and infection control procedures.
