Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care-The Lodge in Heber City, UT is hiring a Dietary Aide/Server to assist in all food functions under the direction of the Dietitian/Director of Food Services. The role involves serving meals, delivering snacks, and maintaining kitchen and dining areas in accordance with facility policies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred), are at least 18, and hold a current food handler permit.

• Must be 18 years old to be considered for Cook position
• Current food handler permit.

Responsibilities

• Support Dietitian/Director of Food Services and implement approved changes.
• Ensure food procedures follow established policies.
• Assist with serving and delivering meals; help clean kitchen per protocols.
• Prepare and deliver snacks as directed.
• Set up meal trays and dining areas; assist in stocking menus.
• Assist in checking dietary trays before distribution and transport to designated areas.
