Job summary

HonorHealth in Deer Valley, Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Diet Representative for Full Time evenings (1pm-9:30pm, varied days) in the Food Services department. You will provide nutrition care services to hospital patients, assist with menu planning and patient interviews using Diet Office software to maintain electronic records.

Core duties include updating patient nutrition records, adjusting menus for therapeutic diets, and coordinating with kitchen and nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Associates preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year healthcare food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understands and applies Diet Office management systems for reports.
• Processes diet orders and updates electronic patient nutrition records.
• Adjusts menus for therapeutic diets to ensure nutrition adequacy and accuracy.
• Coordinates kitchen production with patient tray delivery and nursing staff.
