Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Diet Representative for part-time in Scottsdale, AZ to provide nutrition care services to hospital patients, manage menus, and update electronic patient nutrition records.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; High School diploma or GED acceptable with relevant experience.
• 1 year food service experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Food Handlers Card required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electronic patient nutrition records and support menu corrections.
• Coordinate diet orders and ensure accuracy for therapeutic diets.
• Communicate with kitchen, nursing, and clinical staff to support patient care.
• Prepare and print patient labels and assist tray services as needed.
• Utilize computer systems to collect menu selections and document changes.
