HonorHealth is seeking a Diet Representative at Osborn Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ. You will provide nutrition care services to hospital patients, assist with menu preparation, and maintain electronic patient nutrition records within Food Service software.

The role involves high-volume, customer-focused service, collaboration with nursing and clinical staff, and ensuring accurate diet orders and therapeutic diets.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year food service experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Food Handlers Card required.

Responsabilités

• Processes and maintains patient nutrition records and diet orders.
• Coordinates communication between kitchen, patient tray staff, nursing and clinical nutrition teams.
• Assists patient tray service and menu selections using AIDET protocols.
• Sets up tube feeding, nourishments and snacks and prints patient labels.
