Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Fulton Industrial location, supporting second shift operations. The role oversees a team of shop technicians, directing work to keep Waste Pro vehicles and heavy-duty equipment safe and productive.

The ideal candidate has strong maintenance experience with heavy equipment, a CDL, and supervisory background, with a focus on safety and efficient repairs.

Qualifications

• Diagnoses mechanical problems and repairs Waste Pro equipment.
• Supervises maintenance team and prioritizes work.
• Maintains repair orders and logs; ensures safety standards.
• Valid Class A or B CDL; ASE/Mechanic certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Waste Pro equipment and road test vehicles.
• Supervise mechanics and oversee repairs of heavy-duty equipment.
• Prepare repair orders and maintain logs of labor and parts.
• Hire, coach, evaluate performance and enforce safety policies.
• Develop relationships with managers, drivers and admins.
• Identify parts needs and procure within budget limits.
• Participate in safety inspections and set repair priorities.
