Job summary

MMP is seeking a Data Entry Technician to enter prescriptions into FrameworkLTC and FrameworkECM with a focus on accuracy and speed. This role supports community and resident communication via phone and email from the data entry desk in a fast-paced LTC setting.

The position requires at least one year in healthcare data entry, Illinois pharmacy tech certification, and strong attention to detail. Evening shift with hybrid onsite/remote options in the Chicagoland area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in Healthcare Data Entry or Medical Record Management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois.
• FrameworkLTC / FrameworkECM knowledge a plus.
• Timely and accurate data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, establishing rapport and working with others.
• Professional demeanor and appearance with excellent customer service skills.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Able to multi-task and work under deadlines.
• Motivated, punctual and reliable team member.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting and entering prescription orders.
• Profile-only data entry.
• Answering phones and providing excellent customer service.
• Checking emails and messages to the pharmacy and responding promptly and professionally.
• Investigating and solving community and/or resident issues.
• Adjudicating insurance claims.
• Leads by example, exhibiting the CORE Values each day, and adheres to the MMP Behavior Standard.
• Encourages teamwork and promotes company philosophy.
• Attends required company meetings.
• Completes all required courses in adherence with the PRS compliance system.
• Is prompt and able to perform the required duties of the position on a regular, predictable basis.
