Job summary

Allied Universal in East Wenatchee, WA is seeking a Security Officer to protect clients at a commercial real estate data center location. You will monitor access, conduct patrols, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors while upholding site procedures.

The role requires a valid driver’s license for driving positions, ability to lift 20+ pounds, and basic computer or tablet familiarity; on-site training and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
• Monitor access activity and verify authorized entry for visitors and contractors at a data center location.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and document observations.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and shift communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate data center location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access activity and verify authorized entry for visitors, contractors, deliveries, and/or vendors in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel as directed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while supporting a professional, customer-focused environment.
