Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer to verify badge access and safeguard a East Wenatchee, WA data center location. You will monitor access, patrol sites, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift >20 lbs, and preferred CPR/First Aid certification. This full-time evening schedule includes a consistent 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift pattern where applicable.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in security or related fields.
• Access control and badge issuance experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license as per policy.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and contractors following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter to identify security concerns.
• Monitor and verify authorized entry for visitors and deliveries per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms; document observations and report to the right personnel.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift communications.
