Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Mobile Driver in East Wenatchee, WA. This full-time role involves patrolling data center facilities, maintaining a strong security presence, and delivering excellent customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and contractors.

A valid driver’s license is required. Typical duties include responding to incidents, monitoring access points, and following site-specific policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of data center buildings, parking areas, loading docks, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Report maintenance concerns, hazardous conditions, and security-related issues to site contacts and leadership.
