Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a part-time Cleaner for the 2nd shift (6pm–10pm, Tue–Sat) to perform general custodial duties across client facilities. The role requires basic cleaning tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.

The successful candidate will use standard cleaning equipment, manage waste and restocks, and report any issues to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

• Requires attention to detail and high energy.
• Able to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
• Able to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Use a portable backpack-style vacuum.
• Good organization and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces.
• Operate cleaning machines including buffers and shampooers.
• Vacuum rugs and dust furniture and fixtures.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Report defects and maintenance needs to supervisors.
