Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, GED Certificate or Vocational School Diploma.
• Two years of job related experience.
• Valid Georgia Driver's License.

Aufgaben

• Perform specialized cleaning operations including spray buffing, floor burnishing, sanitizing receptacles, stain removal, window cleaning.
• Strip and refinished floors.
• Perform routine housekeeping: trash removal, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting restrooms, restocking supplies, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
• Operate and maintain power cleaning equipment (carpet vacuums, canister/tank vacuums, wide-area vacuums, backpacks).
• Maintain housekeeping/storage closets and tools in a clean, orderly condition.
• Use prescribed safety equipment as required.
• Use chemicals and supplies in a safe and prescribed manner.
• Respond to work requests from building occupants and service request system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
