CW Resources in Hartford, CT, is hiring a part-time Janitor/Custodian to keep facilities clean and well-maintained. Training will be provided, and you will work the 4:00pm–7:00pm shift Monday through Friday, with a supportive team and opportunities to grow within a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Check in with supervisor and teammates to review cleaning plan for the day.
• Grab cleaning supplies (mops, brooms, vacuums, disinfectants) and prepare as needed.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming; take out trash; clean restrooms and wipe down surfaces.
• Dust furniture, shelves, vents; wipe windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
• Walk through the area at shift end to ensure cleanliness and return tools to storage.
