Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, window and furniture cleaning, restocking bathrooms, and reporting maintenance needs. The role requires no prior experience, good teamwork, and reliability; use backpack vacuum and floor machines; wage $13.60–$16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required for basic cleaning duties.
• Ability to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment, including backpack vacuum.
• Attention to detail, energy, and pride in delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines as directed.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
• Spot clean rugs and shampoo as directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and light fixtures.
• Restock bathrooms and maintain supplies.
• Report defects to supervisors and replace liners in waste baskets.
• Collect building trash and place in designated area.
• Shovel snow from steps and walkways as directed.
