Job summary

Chimes is seeking a custodial professional for a shift-based role at Fort Meade, MD. The position runs Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–12:30am, with a set pay rate of $17.87 per hour.

Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, surfaces, floors, and public areas, following contract specifications and maintaining strict safety standards. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred) and at least six months of custodial experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of custodial work experience preferred.
• Custodial training desired.
• Candidates with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Agency policies and procedures and follow contract specifications.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and public areas and maintain cleanliness per contract.
• Descale showers, toilets, urinals, and keep surfaces clean.
• Move, arrange, and lift heavy items and perform emergency cleaning as required.
• Attend required meetings and in-service training; work flexible hours as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness across lobbies, restrooms, kitchens, fitness centers, and common spaces.
