Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in San Antonio is seeking a Custodian to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. The role includes daily janitorial duties, Hazardous Waste handling, and operating cleaning equipment while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Ideal candidates will follow safety rules, communicate effectively, and work well in a team. The shift is Monday–Friday 6:00pm–11:00pm, with a pay rate of $14.00–$15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require a valid driver’s license and safety training certifications.
• Bilingual a plus; strong reading and writing skills helpful.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures and manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and all tasks on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain areas.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, company procedures, and policies.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct; work in a team.
