Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand English to communicate with supervision and comprehend work instructions.
• Continuous standing and walking during the shift; regular lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, breakrooms, offices, and manufacturing spaces.
• Clean, mop, wash, buff, and vacuum floors.
• Empty trash and recycling materials.
• Maintain exterior walk areas, including salting walkways, shoveling, sweeping debris and washing.
• Polish fixtures, windows, and furniture.
• Track and order custodial supplies; assist with setup and teardown for meetings/events.
• Light painting and small routine facility repairs as needed.
