Job summary

Grand Forks Public Schools is seeking a Custodian at Elroy H Schroeder Middle School in Grand Forks, ND to maintain a clean, safe environment. Responsibilities include floor care, general cleaning, and light grounds tasks, with hours 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/week, occasional weekend hours for events.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of housekeeping and floor care.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general custodial duties, including floor care and cleaning.
• Perform grounds maintenance such as snow removal and lawn/gardening tasks.
• Assist other building personnel with event preparation.
• Operate and maintain building mechanical systems with preventive maintenance.
