Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for the 2nd shift in Midland, TX. The role involves performing a broad range of custodial duties under supervision, including cleaning floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas to established standards.

Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, reporting any equipment issues, and ensuring daily restocking of supplies. The position emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork in a facilities environment.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors, and other surfaces (inside buildings).
• Use floor buffers and shampoo machines including attachments.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
• Spot clean daily and shampoo rugs as directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces; high dusting as needed.
• Wash windowsills and glass in interior doors and windows.
• Restock bathroom supplies daily.
• Monitor defects and report to supervisors.
