Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Custodial Technician to help create a safe, hygienic, and welcoming learning environment on campus. This 2nd shift onsite role reports to the Custodial Services Lead and focuses on cleaning, disinfection, and infection prevention to support student experience.

The position requires English literacy and at least 6 months of custodial experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–12am EST, with competitive hourly pay and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6 months of cleaning, housekeeping, or custodial experience.
• Ability to read and write in English

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and disinfection of student areas, equipment, and common areas.
• Follow safety, infection control, and chemical-use guidelines.
• Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist with special tasks like conference room setup and stairwell cleaning.
• Onboard new Level I technicians and support daily job performance via devices.
