Job summary

Chimes is seeking a dedicated Senior Supervisor for terminal cleaning at BWI Airport. You will oversee day-to-day performance of custodial staff on your shift, ensure contract quality and timeliness, and train crew leaders on procedures.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and strict adherence to safety and dress code, with weekend work and a 2:00pm–10:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising custodial staff on a shift-based schedule.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for people with disabilities.
• Ability to train and evaluate staff and ensure contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodian assignments for the cleaning crews on a specific shift.
• Evaluate and mentor custodial staff; maintain positive staff relations.
• Schedule and inspect cleaning activities to meet contract quality and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with dress code and personal hygiene standards.
• Maintain daily time/attendance records and prepare required reports.
• Coordinate with MAA inspectors and Shift Manager on discrepancies and corrective actions.
• Provide training on new procedures and safety policies.
