Job summary

HES Facilities is seeking an Evening Custodial Supervisor for Oklahoma City, OK. The role leads the custodial team during the 1:00pm–10:00pm shift, ensuring daily cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, performing cleaning duties, reporting issues to the Account Manager, and training new employees as needed. Candidates should have prior custodial supervisory experience; floor waxing experience is required and bilingual English/Spanish is a

Qualifications

• Prior custodial supervisory experience is required.
• Floor experience required (waxing).
• Experience with working with diverse teams.
• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, and clean restrooms and locker rooms.
• Strip and wax floors; polish windows; remove trash and recyclables.
• Assist with training and supervision of custodial staff.
• Report issues to the Account Manager and assist with staffing shortages or other duties as needed.
• Ensure daily upkeep and cleanliness of all assigned areas.
