Job summary

HES Facilities is seeking an Evening Custodial Supervisor for Oklahoma City, OK. The role leads the custodial team during the 1:00pm–10:00pm shift, ensuring daily cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, performing cleaning duties, reporting issues to the Account Manager, and training new employees as needed. Candidates should have prior custodial supervisory experience; floor waxing experience is required and bilingual English/Spanish is a

• Ensure daily upkeep and cleanliness of all assigned areas.

Job Skills / Requirements

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Site Supervisor, to lead the team in the evenings. M-F 1:00pm-10:00pm

Supervisors are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas.

Supervisors perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the facility.

Supervisors are responsible for helping check out the condition of the building and reporting issues to the manager.

Supervisors also help cleaning other areas due to any staff shortages or when needed for other reasons.

Supervisors also may train other employees.

Essential Functions :Sweeping, dusting, dust mopping, damp mopping, vacuuming, extracting carpet, stripping and waxing floors, removing trash, recycling, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and locker rooms, polishing outside area within 10 feet of entryways, washing windows, removal or snow and ice, cleaning of desks/walls/ furniture/ doors/ entry glass/ interior glass/countertops/chalkboards/ whiteboards/blinds and light fixtures, and any other duties as directed by Account Manager or his/her designated representative.

Physically demanding fast-paced environment requiring ability to work efficiently with attention to detail

Must pass a complete background check

Experience : Prior custodial supervisory experience is required.

Floor experience required (waxing).
