Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years in custodial services with two years in a supervisory role.
• Valid NYS driver's license for at least 2 years.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, safety regulations, and equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises custodial staff and ensures cleanliness across buildings.
• Schedules work activities, weekend coverage, and responds to emergencies.
• Provides hands-on training on cleaning procedures and equipment use.
• Manages supplies, equipment, and timekeeping records.
• Enforces performance standards and college policies; conducts performance reviews.
