The position involves routine cleaning, sanitation, and light maintenance tasks, with duties including restroom and kitchen area cleaning, waste removal, and ensuring readiness for the next day’s use.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clearances: Child Abuse, Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check, and FBI Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors as scheduled.
• Restock supplies in conference rooms, kitchens, and restrooms.
• Lock doors, secure windows, and follow end-of-shift procedures to ensure building security.
• Operate custodial equipment such as floor machines, buffers, and vacuums.
• Respond to urgent cleaning needs or spills promptly.
