Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Dallas is seeking a Custodial Lead to oversee cleaning operations and provide direction to custodial staff while ensuring safety and quality in assigned areas.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience; CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver's license may be required. Shifts are Monday–Friday 6:00PM–2:30AM with pay $18.00–$19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year related experience preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification may be required.
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties on the daily schedule and supervise custodial staff as directed.
• Provide work direction, assist scheduling and training as needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment and monitor inventory of supplies.
• Conduct quality, safety and service inspections and report issues.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and report at-risk behavior immediately.
• Drive to various work locations as needed and coordinate repairs.
