Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodial Lead in Irving, TX to oversee the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and to provide direction to custodial staff.

The role includes performing janitorial duties, supporting the Custodial Supervisor with scheduling and training, operating cleaning equipment, and monitoring safety and inventory. A high school diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience are required, along with potential certifications and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Driver's license may be required depending on business needs.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and daily tasks per schedule.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and manage supplies.
• Track inventory, maintenance, and repair of equipment and supplies.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
