Job summary

Eventide Fargo Senior Living Apartments in south Fargo, ND is seeking a Culinary Assistant / Server to work part time 4p-7p with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation. There may be a 6a-2:30p shift potential.

You will provide meal service to residents under sanitary conditions, communicating and coordinating with the Nutrition and Culinary Services team to ensure timely operations. Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Offers and serves menu choices to residents in a cheerful and respectful manner.
• Thoroughly cleans and sanitizes all dishes, tables, equipment, utensils, and containers used to provide meals.
• Operates equipment in a proper, safe, sanitary, and respectful manner.
• Assists in accepting vendor deliveries and storing items in the proper areas.
• Monitors daily menu items to verify that all necessary items are prepared and labeled.

Responsibilities

• Provide meal service to residents under sanitary conditions and in a respectful, timely manner.
• Coordinate with the Nutrition and Culinary Services department to carry out operations.
• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning duties, and safety procedures.
