Job summary

Eventide Fargo Senior Living Apartments in south Fargo, ND is seeking a Culinary Assistant / Server to work part time 4p-7p. Includes every-other-weekend and holiday rotation.

The Culinary Assistant / Server will provide meal service to residents under sanitary conditions and in a respectful, timely manner by communicating, coordinating, and cooperating with others to carry out the operations of the Nutrition and Culinary Services department.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work 4p-7p shifts.

Responsibilities

• Offers and serves menu choices to residents in a cheerful and respectful manner.
• Thoroughly cleans and sanitizes dishes, tables, equipment, utensils and containers.
• Operates kitchen equipment in a safe, sanitary manner.
• Prepares various menu items as assigned by the Nutrition and Culinary Director/Coordinator.
• Monitors daily menu items to ensure proper preparation and labeling.
• Stores leftovers according to food handling standards.
• Organizes work schedule to meet serving times.
• Assists with accepting vendor deliveries and storing items.
