Eventide Sheyenne Crossings Senior Living Apartments in West Fargo, ND is seeking a Culinary Assistant / Server to work as needed, PRN. The Culinary Assistant / Server will provide meal service to residents under sanitary conditions and in a respectful, timely manner by communicating, coordinating, and cooperating with others to carry out the operations of the Nutrition and Culinary Services department.

Ideal candidate has previous food service experience; on-site placement with competitive pay

Qualifications

Previous food service experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Offers and serves menu choices to residents in a cheerful and respectful manner.
Thoroughly cleans and sanitizes all dishes, tables, equipment, utensils, and containers used to provide meals as well as other assigned cleaning duties.
Operates equipment in a proper, safe, sanitary, and respectful manner.
Prepares various menu items as assigned by the Nutrition and Culinary Director (Coordinator) and/or Culinary Cook.
Monitors daily menu items in order to verify that all necessary items are prepared and labeled.
Stores leftovers appropriately according to food handling standards.
Organizes and plans work schedule to meet times for serving.
Operates dish machine according to directions. Pre‑soaks and sorts dishes and utensils.
Assists in accepting vendor deliveries and storing items in the proper areas.
