Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Culinary Aide at Franklin Meadows to support meals for residents with safe, nutritious and delicious prep and service. Evening shifts available in a full-time role, contributing to a clean, sanitary kitchen and positive dining experiences.

You will partner with culinary leaders, assist with meal preparation and portions per menus and resident diets, set up service areas, and help with dishwashing and equipment care while upholding high standards.

Qualifications

• Certification in Sanitation/Safe Food Handling is preferred.
• Commitment to customer service is required.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks and work with culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents' dining needs.
• Assist in preparation and portioning of meals per menus and resident diets.
• Set up trays and carts in preparation for service.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
