You will handle inbound/outbound calls, manage tickets via CRM, and perform light troubleshooting. Strong English (and Thai) communication, a Windows PC, and stable internet are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum — High school diploma (or Equivalent).
• Fluent in English and Thai; strong written and verbal communication.
• Call center experience and food industry exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from customers or restaurants.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on acknowledgements or issues.
• Manage tickets and emails via CRM; document correspondence.
