Child Saving Institute is hiring a Crisis Youth Counselor in Council Bluffs, IA. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a 2 PM–10 PM shift at Children Square Campus. The role focuses on crisis intervention, behavioral health support for youth, and family engagement in a residential services setting.

Bachelors in human services field + 1 year experience

Law enforcement officer crisis intervention training

Family support peer specialist with MHFA

RN with 2 years mental/behavioral health experience

Bachelor’s in non-human services field + 2 years mental health experience + 30h training
