Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, trusting relationships with youth and provide guidance and support.
• Lead by example to help youth develop confidence, responsibility, respect, and healthy decision-making skills.
• Create a safe environment with supervision and supportive interventions.
• Help youth navigate challenges using proactive approaches and de-escalation when needed.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and assist with life-skills development and BHIS as applicable.
• Document daily case notes, observations, and service records timely and accurately.
