Formación

• Master's degree and DC licensure such as LICSW, LGSW, LPC, or LGPC.
• Experience in behavioral health crisis assessment and counseling preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a computerized clinical environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct behavioral health assessments for patients in crisis or urgent psychiatric need.
• Communicate assessment findings and disposition plans to ED and psychiatric teams.
• Complete psychosocial evaluations, progress notes, and treatment documentation.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
• Collaborate on discharge planning and participate in quality improvement efforts.
