Responsibilities

• Ensure all health and safety standards are met by all kitchen staff during shifts.
• Ensure food is handled, prepped and plated safely and consistently.
• Assist with maintaining an inventory of all food items used by kitchen staff.
• Prevent shortages of breakfast, dinner, and banquet items.
• Maintain safe food storage throughout kitchen and storage areas.
• Check and validate deliveries; report discrepancies.
• Store deliveries properly and on time.
• Label open and prepared foods and store appropriately.
