Job summary

Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel is seeking a Kitchen Steward to join our food & beverage team in downtown Toledo, Ohio. You will help maintain a clean, organized kitchen, assist in food preparation, and support cooking activities to ensure quality dishes.

Responsibilities include sanitizing surfaces, prepping workstations, maintaining equipment, checking ingredient quality, and managing storage and orders. A strong team player with good organization will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a kitchen environment.
• Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques.
