Duties and Expectations
  • Guest Relations: Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile.
  • Name Use: Use the guests’ names whenever possible, ensuring they feel properly welcomed.
  • Guest Satisfaction: All Team Members work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores.
  • Recovery: Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency.
  • Hotel Knowledge: Be knowledgeable of all hotel features and amenities.

  • Phone Etiquette: Answer calls courteously with the approved greeting.

The Cook prepares food according to recipes, maintains cleanliness and safety, and minimizes waste.

  • Meal Preparation: Follow brand standards and guidelines.
  • Food Safety: Comply with certification requirements.
  • Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain all areas per health regulations.
  • Food Handling: Assist with storage and rotation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
