Duties and Expectations
- Guest Relations: Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile.
- Name Use: Use the guests’ names whenever possible, ensuring they feel properly welcomed.
- Guest Satisfaction: All Team Members work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores.
- Recovery: Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency.
- Hotel Knowledge: Be knowledgeable of all hotel features and amenities.
- Events: Support all groups and events at the hotel.
- Technology: Understand relevant technology for your role.
- Phone Etiquette: Answer calls courteously with the approved greeting.
- Spotless Cleanliness: Keep all areas clean and organized, front and back of house.
- Pitching In: Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed.
- Hospitality While Cleaning: Greet guests cheerfully while cleaning.
- Product Quality: Follow checklists accurately and complete shift reports timely.
- Uniform: Wear a clean, approved uniform, be well-groomed, wear a nametag, and smile.
- Teamwork: Communicate clearly and professionally, be willing to go beyond your role, and collaborate effectively.
Section Two: Role Specific Duties
The Cook prepares food according to recipes, maintains cleanliness and safety, and minimizes waste.
- Meal Preparation: Follow brand standards and guidelines.
- Food Safety: Comply with certification requirements.
- Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain all areas per health regulations.
- Food Handling: Assist with storage and rotation.
- Other duties as assigned.

Section Four: Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous culinary experience preferred.

- Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
- Punctuality and proper clock-in/out procedures.
Physical Demands & Environment
Must be able to stand, walk, perform repetitive motions, and lift items as needed.
