Exton Post Acute is seeking a Concierge to be the welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff at our 120-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility in Exton, PA.

This part-time role runs 2PM-10PM one day per week plus every other weekend, with compensation of $18/hour all inclusive. The role emphasizes professional communication, multitasking in a busy front desk, and a courteous, solution-focused approach.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience in healthcare preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort interacting with residents, families, visitors and staff at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and transfer calls courteously and accurately.
• Provide information and assistance to residents, staff and guests.
• Perform clerical duties to support front-desk operations.
• Greet and assist visitors and potential residents to create a welcoming impression.
