MorningStar Senior Living in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Concierge for the Lone Tree community. This full-time, non-exempt role offers an $18–$20 hourly pay range with shifts Tue and Wed 2:30-7:30 pm.

The concierge greets visitors and residents, answers phones, sorts mail, and supports daily operations to uphold our resident-centered culture. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of front desk/reception experience, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and a friendly, patient, team-focused

Qualifications

• Front desk/reception experience preferred (1 year+).
• Typing, filing, telephone systems, and office equipment knowledge.
• Be friendly, courteous, patient, and able to work with staff, residents, and families.
• Understand resident rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, families, and residents; answer telephone and take messages.
• Sort mail and distribute to appropriate departments; handle correspondence.
• Type and file documents; use office equipment as needed.
• Adhere to resident rights and company policies; provide information as required.
